Carpets & soft furnishings

Lift the dirt, not just the surface.

Carpets, rugs, sofas and chairs hold far more dirt than you can see. We clean them properly across West Cumbria, for homes, holiday lets and landlords between tenants.

Quick answer

We clean carpets and upholstery by hot-water extraction: stains are pre-treated, fibres are flushed with hot water and the dirt is extracted, then left to dry fast. Priced per job by room size and condition; products, equipment and insurance included.

How we clean carpets and fabrics

1. Inspect

We check the fibre and fabric so the method suits it, and point out any stains that may not fully lift.

2. Pre-treat

Spots, traffic lanes and marks are treated before the main clean.

3. Extract

Hot water flushes the fibres and the machine pulls the dirt and moisture back out.

4. Dry

We leave as little moisture as possible so the room is back in use quickly.

Common questions

How much does carpet cleaning cost?

Carpet and upholstery cleaning is priced per job, based on the number and size of rooms or pieces and their condition. Send us photos on WhatsApp for a quick price.

How long do carpets take to dry?

Usually a few hours, depending on the carpet, the weather and ventilation. Opening windows or running the heating speeds it up.

Can you get every stain out?

Most everyday stains lift well. Some, such as bleach marks or old dye stains, can be permanent. We tell you honestly before we start.

Do you clean carpets for end of tenancy?

Yes. Carpet cleaning can be added to an end of tenancy clean, which landlords and agents often expect at check-out.
