Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all cleaning, laundry and property services provided by Cumbria Bright Ltd. By booking a service you agree to these terms.

Quotes & bookings

Quotes are based on the information provided. If the property's size, condition or scope differs significantly on arrival, we will discuss and agree any additional charges before continuing work.

Access

The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged at up to 50% of the booking value to cover team time and lost slots.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the point of booking. Invoices are due within the timeframe stated. Recurring clients may be set up on a standing arrangement.

Extra work

Additional work not included in the original quote (e.g. carpet treatments, light paint refresh, heavy-soil cleaning) will be quoted separately and only carried out with agreement.

Photos

For holiday-let, end-of-tenancy and property refresh services we may take photographs of completed work for quality assurance and your records. We will not publish identifiable images without consent.

Liability

Cumbria Bright Ltd is fully insured. Any concerns about completed work should be raised within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve them.
