What we collect

We only collect what we need to quote for and deliver our services:

Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and property address.
Enquiry details — information you give us about your property and the clean you need, including any photos you choose to send.
Messages — the content of messages you send us by WhatsApp, email, phone or our contact and quote forms.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not carry out any automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

How we use it, and our legal basis

To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes — on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
To carry out cleaning and laundry services you book — on the basis of performing our contract with you.
To keep records and manage our business — on the basis of our legitimate interests in running the business responsibly.
To send service messages (such as confirming a booking) — on the basis of contract or legitimate interests. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only where necessary to deliver our service:

Zippy Bright, our sister laundry company, where your booking includes linen or laundry.
Service providers who help us run the business — for example our website host and, where relevant, messaging platforms (WhatsApp) and payment providers — who process data on our instructions.
Authorities, where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records only as long as needed for the purpose we collected them — typically for the duration of our relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and insurance obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

Your rights
